It’s A Lynette’s hats & more!

Its Lynette is the love child of Yvette Lynette Lax, an artsy and unique lover of hats. The designer has spent over 35 years studying art and music as my "Muse".  However, it was not until 2008 that she began to create a hat for the Fort Worth Texas Jubilee Theater for a production of their play, “Crowns”. She then decided to explore all the facets of hat making to improve her head knowledge.   As suggest she learn some “Millinery” skill to go along with her new God given talent and since then, she has been doing just that!

She has studied Millinery, the art of making hats with vintage or newly design head blocks. She has travels as far as California to learn the required technique. As a result, an interest in headbands, “Fascinator” creations/designs started flowing.  She is a lover of the retro fashions of the 20’s, 30's, 40’s.   Her inspiration of these eras is reflected in her designs. She loves every bit of the experience of "Millinery", and she hopes it reflects in her work.  The images on this website are all It's Lynette Hats and more!
